ABILIFY is indicated for the following in adults:
- Use as an adjunctive therapy to antidepressants in adults with Major Depressive Disorder who had an inadequate response to antidepressant therapy.
- The treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder either as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy to lithium or valproate in adults.
- Treatment of Schizophrenia in adults.
ABILIFY is indicated for the following in pediatric patients:
- Acute and maintenance treatment of manic and mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder in pediatric patients 10 to 17 years of age.
- Adjunctive therapy to either lithium or valproate for the acute treatment of manic and mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder in adults and pediatric patients 10 to 17 years of age.
- Treatment of Schizophrenia in adults and in adolescents 13 to 17 years of age.
- Treatment of irritability associated with Autistic Disorder in pediatric patients 6 to 17 years of age.
